During the massage, you have the option to undress to your comfort level. Many clients choose to be completely naked, with their intimate areas covered by a towel throughout the session. However, wearing underwear is also perfectly acceptable if that makes you more comfortable. The choice is entirely up to you, and our therapists will always respect your boundaries and ensure your privacy and comfort throughout the massage.

You pay via Bank Transfer.

Our skilled therapists exclusively use natural massage oils during their sessions. These oils are either almond or grape seed-based and come in two variations: unscented or blended with various aromas. If you have any allergies or specific preferences, please communicate this to your therapist before the session begins. They will be happy to accommodate your needs and ensure that your massage experience is both enjoyable and tailored to your preferences.

Our therapists come fully prepared with their own massage oils, so you don’t need to worry about providing them. All you need to provide are clean towels for the session. The massage can be performed either on a bed or on the floor, based on your preference and comfort. However, please note that our therapists do not bring a massage table with them. Rest assured, they are skilled in adapting to different environments and will create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for you wherever the massage takes place.

At Umbrella Beauty, we have a rigorous hiring process to ensure that all our therapists are highly qualified and skilled in their respective areas of specialisation. Each therapist holds a certificate in their specialised massage techniques, as well as an anatomy and physiology certificate. We take pride in hiring therapists who have accumulated years of experience working in luxury salons, spas, and clinics, with many of them having over 6 years of experience in the industry. Rest assured that when you book a massage with us, you’ll be receiving top-notch service from the best professionals in the field.

We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable, and we don’t charge a cancellation fee. However, we kindly request that if you need to cancel your appointment, you give us as much notice as possible. This allows us to adjust our therapists’ schedules and accommodate other clients. We greatly appreciate your consideration and understanding of the value of our therapists’ time.

We strive to provide timely service to our clients. If you are located in central London or TFL travel zones 1 or 2, our therapists can typically reach you within 30-45 minutes. For areas outside travel zone 3, we recommend allowing at least 1 hour for a therapist to reach you. We have therapists located in various parts of London, including Central, North, East, West, and South London. With our network of therapists, there is likely one available near your area who can visit you on short notice.

Yes, we understand that massage is a very personal treatment and you have to be ‘connected’ to receive the full benefit of the massage treatment. You may request a particular therapist, if the therapist you requested is not available we will always notify you with as much notice as possible and would send a replacement therapist.
