1. Purpose

This Harassment Policy aims to prevent all forms of harassment, bullying, and inappropriate behaviour and to provide a clear procedure for reporting and addressing any concerns related to harassment.

2. Scope
This Harassment Policy applies to all individuals associated with Umbrella Mobile Health & Beauty, including employees, contractors, clients, customers, and partners. It covers all interactions within our workplace and business operations.

3. Definition of Harassment
Harassment includes any unwanted conduct or behaviour that creates an intimidating, hostile, offensive, or degrading environment for an individual. This can be based on a person’s age, disability, gender, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic under applicable laws.

4. Types of Harassment
Harassment can manifest in various forms, including but not limited to verbal, non-verbal, written, physical, or online interactions. This may include offensive jokes, slurs, derogatory comments, inappropriate images, threats, unwanted advances, or any behaviour that makes an individual feel uncomfortable or targeted.

5. Reporting Harassment
Any individual who believes they have experienced or witnessed harassment should report it immediately to their supervisor, manager, or the Human Resources department. The complaint can be made in person, in writing, or anonymously, and it will be treated confidentially to the extent possible.

6. Investigation and Action
All complaints of harassment will be thoroughly and impartially investigated. The investigation will be conducted promptly, and the parties involved will be given an opportunity to provide their accounts of the incident. If harassment is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against the perpetrator, ranging from warnings to termination of employment or business relationship.

7. No Retaliation
Umbrella Mobile Health & Beauty strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report harassment or participate in the investigation process. Any acts of retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action.

8. Training and Awareness
We will provide regular training and awareness programs to educate all employees, contractors, clients, and customers about harassment prevention, recognition, and reporting procedures.

9. Responsibility
Creating a harassment-free workplace is the responsibility of all individuals associated with Umbrella Mobile Health & Beauty. We expect everyone to uphold the principles of this policy and to treat each other with respect and dignity.

10. Review
This Harassment Policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
