Therapist Safety
We expect our customers to treat our therapists with respect. Umbrella Mobile takes any verbal or physical disrespect or abuse towards our therapists seriously. Such incidents may result in the suspension of a customer account or legal action, if necessary.
Umbrella Mobile Health & Beauty operates within a safe working environment at all times. An Assessment by the therapist will be made as to the coherence of the client in terms of alcohol or drug abuse together with the overall hygiene of the client.
We provide appropriate support to our therapists in dealing with such situations.

Cancellation Policy
At Umbrella Mobile Health & Beauty, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasionally, you may need to reschedule or cancel your massage therapy appointment. We strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients, and to ensure a smooth experience for both you and our therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Notification of Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.
- You can notify us of your cancellation or rescheduling by calling our office at 07949331971.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
- Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be considered “late cancellations.”
- If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, it will be considered a “no-show.”
3. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees:
- Late Cancellation: A fee of Full Charge will be applied for appointments canceled with less than 2 hours notice.
- No-Show: A fee of Full Charge will be charged for missed appointments without any notice.
4. Exemptions:
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we may waive the late cancellation or no-show fee at our discretion.
5. Payment of Fees:
- Late cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before scheduling your next appointment. You will be billed for these fees, and payment can be made over the phone or in person.
6. Repeat Offenders:
- If you accumulate multiple late cancellations or no-shows, we may require you to prepay for future appointments.
7. Arrival Time:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full fee will apply.
8. Confirmation of Appointments:
- We send appointment reminders via email or text message. However, it is your responsibility to confirm your appointment to avoid any misunderstandings.
9. Booking Policies:
- We encourage clients to book their appointments well in advance to secure their preferred time slot. For new clients, we may require a credit card to secure the appointment.
10. Refund Policy:
- Refunds for late cancellation or no-show fees are generally not provided, as these fees are intended to compensate our therapists for their time and commitment.
